Joseph Biden President Pro-Tempore

Condoleeza Rice for Vice President HA-13-8-05

Dear NGO Section of the Economic and Social Council:

I am happy to report that it took only 2 1/2 days to publish the UN Chronicle on my homepage after receiving it for my birthday on the 11th.  However I regret that although I cannot make the UN Chronicle my homepage, as asked, I have prominently linked the web page to my homepage.  I hope that the NGO Section of ECOSOC will be satisfied so that Hospitals & Asylums (HA) can be recognized by ECOSOC as an NGO affiliated with the UN in the Organization Session of 2006.

In a victory for the Foreign Relations Committee of the United States of America and the President, I have taken the liberty to appoint Senator Joseph Biden, democratic minority leader of the Committee, President Pro Tempore of the Senate.

We hope he gets a feel for the Congress and Presidency before actually running for the office on the democratic ticket in 2008.

We are thankful that we no longer have to suffer the tyranny of prejudice while the Judiciary Committee is so gainfully occupied acquitting the life sentences of the 9 Justices of the US Supreme Court to a ten year, two term limit, possibly increasing the number to 10 to accommodate the possibility of a tie and the repatriation, or call back, of Federal Prisoners to the Washington DC Community Correctional Program.

The only legal mission of this political campaign is of course to Amend Title 22 US Code Foreign Relations and Intercourse (A-FRaI-D) to just Foreign Relations (FR-EE) for a "world that is free of fear" of the law and, the repatriation of POW to their nation of origin upon the determination of that nation.

Having finished my sentence I would now like to support the nomination by both Mad TV and now HA of Secretary of State Condoleeza Rice for Vice President of the United States under the XXV Amendment to the US Constitution, in hopes that she will in turn pay me $100,000 a year for the annual drafts of Hospitals & Asylums.

However in this sale of the Hearing AID Act of 2005 I have humbler ambitions of being paid $6,500 for every year's labor on the Drafts of 2004 and 2005 by the President Pro Tempor who is welcome to submit the issue to vote to Congress.

"Should the US pay Tony Sanders $6,500 a year for the Hearing AID Acts of 2004 and 2005 and continue to waive this policy of blind trust in regards to his reading and writing in the future?"

I hope that all of you will make the World Summit this 14-16 September 2005.  My family from the Netherlands is travelling to Nova Scotia at this time and I hope to travel with them, this year, however this has not yet been confirmed because the hetnet email addresses are not working.

We would very much like to be invited to the Summit, in writing, for trip planning purposes.

I had hoped to write a brief granting New York City to the United Nations so that the UN could write about the US as a member state rather than a host whose face they fear to dispense justice upon, but I believe I will merely mention the idea in passing in my next big project, "The United Nations of America (UNA)".

You can read the UN Chronicle at www.title24uscode.org

Once again this is a material request for a written invitation, or blank petition, to the World Summit.

On behalf of President Bush, thank you for your correspondence. We appreciate hearing your views and welcome your suggestions. Thank you again for taking the time to write. The President is committed to continuing our economic progress, defending our freedom, and upholding our Nation's deepest values.
