Mission
Statement of the Social Security Administration Beneficiary Union
By
Anthony J. Sanders, Secretary
The
mission of the Beneficiary Union is to represent all people who receive, or would
like to receive, retirement, disability or supplemental security insurance
administrated by the Social Security Administration.
The
purpose of the Beneficiary Union is to allow beneficiaries the freedom of the
press, peaceable assembly and trade and right to sue the government for a
redress of grievances.
This
Union is not elected by the Department of Labor.
Liver
disease is not allowed in this Soviet Union.
This
Union does not lobby the Democratic-Republican Two Party System.
Sickness,
Poverty and Crime are not allowed by this Beneficiary Union.
This
Beneficiary Union is a voluntary Community Service completely paid for by the
regular benefit payments of the Social Security Administration.
We
believe, at this time, social security guarantees all United States citizens,
including children, an income of $1,000 a month.
We
believe social security beneficiaries have achieved communist self-sufficiency
and therefore have a duty of care to perform social work.
Social
work begins with a happy home and family, heals the sick, cleans, feeds the
hungry, houses the homeless, transports those on foot, liberates the slave,
educates the stupid, balances the budget, pays the poor, employs the
unemployed, and ends in peaceful and prosperous international relations.

For the dictatorship of the proletariat to do social justice official documents must be emailed by the Author to the Secretary for publication.
In time it is hoped to coordinate with the disability and retirement advocacy organizations in every county in the nation to hold the social security administration accountable, host beneficiary union meetings to discuss issues affecting the beneficiary community, advertise housing and work opportunities within the beneficiary community, and promote social welfare.
The unsecured blog begun November 18, 2010, allows for democratic socialism.
Union Documents
Sanders,
Tony J. Book 3 Health
and Welfare (HAW) amends Chapter 3 National Home for Disabled Volunteer Soldiers §71-150 to pass a Balanced
Budget Amendment replacing the second amendment right to bear arms in the U.S. Constitution it
is necessary to respect that in a democracy the people are sovereign and ensure
their human rights are fulfilled.
Socialism is explained to appoint licensed social workers Administration
Law Judges (ALJs) enabled to adjudicate medical malpractice liability and
relegate agency lawyers to Court.
Cardiovascular disease is added to the Disability Quick List. This agenda is amended annually in June. The
name of the Centers for Medicare, Medicaid and SCHIP (CMS) is changed to
National Health Insurance (NHI) and is transferred to SSA along with other
mandatory benefit programs held by the Public Health Service. Medical cost increases are limited to less
than 3% annually. Patients shall be
enabled to refuse to pay for unnecessary, overpriced or harmful medical
treatment with judgments of sovereign immunity.
The U.S. is the only nation that does not have universal health
insurance and health expenditures are the most in the world, consuming more
than 16% of the GDP. In 2008 Medicare
and Medicaid served 87 million people at a combined cost of $702 billion. The
U.S. shall evolve a universal single payer health insurance system and then a
national health service that is free for everyone. During 2008, an estimated 162 million people
had earnings covered by Social Security and paid payroll taxes. One-in-six Americans received a Social
security benefit, 51 million people, 35 million retired workers and dependents
of retired workers, 6 million survivors of deceased workers, and 9 million
disabled workers and dependent of disabled workers. Total benefits paid in 2008 were $615
billion, total revenues were $805 billion and assets grew to $2.4
trillion. In 2000 125 million people
were covered by unemployment insurance and in 2010 there are around 42.4
million beneficiaries, the most ever. In
2009 38 million people used food stamps at a cost of $53.6 billion. The number of Temporary Assistance for Needy
Family beneficiaries has decreased from 14.2 million in 1993 to less than 5
million in 2003 at a cost of roughly $20 billion to the federal government. In
2001, 6.9 million custodial parents were due an average of $5,000, $34.9
billion was due and $31.9 billion (62.6%) received, averaging $3,200 per
custodial family and another $900 million was paid voluntarily. Ultimately social security will enact a 1%
social security payroll tax for international development and eliminate the
income cap on SSA contributions to create a welfare system that will completely
eliminate poverty, guarantee everyone $1,000 a month in 2010 dollars, with
price control to eliminate inflation that might degrade this perfection.
Dear
Stanley Friendship, Regional Commissioner for the Seattle Area. In re:
“Penicillin cures Heart Disease in Vegans” Compassionate Allowance!!! of November 17 as edited on Thanksgiving November 25, 2010
observes how charming it is to have a male black social worker as
Commissioner. The deprivation of free wifi was not a struggle of more than a day. Mark Lassiter’s
SSA press release regarding Social
Security’s sixth Compassionate Allowances Hearing on Cardiovascular Disease and
Multiple Organ Transplants of November 9, 2010 fulfills the second year of
petitioning for cardiovascular disease to be on the Quick List. SSA staff must do their best to inform
beneficiaries of how to recover from heart disease and infections without
surgery – “eat vegan and take appropriate courses of antimicrobials to
neutralize the bacterial infections impeding recovery”. Millions of the 20 million Americans
suffering angina pectoris thank
you. The Seattle Office is informed of
the need for a Medicaid Integrity Program to be instituted in Washington State
to recover the $6.6 billion embezzled by the U.S. Supreme Court in settlement
of Doe v. Reed (2010) with $600
million for the Border Police and return Washington Medicaid expenditure to
levels of previous toxicity. Hundreds of
thousands of intimidated beneficiaries are rolling pipe tobacco with the
President for a refund of their $1 a day addiction to the Rolling Back the
Tobacco Tax of 2009 HA-10-10-10. Whereas no member of Hospitals & Asylums
may pay any health insurance premium it is imperative that we learn the
appropriate use of oral antimicrobial agents to cure ourselves without
submitting our sovereignty to the all the trials of Western medicine so easily
transcended by the application of public library research and Internet pharmacy
to the Over-the-counter
Antimicrobial Agent Course for the FDA: A Trade for Organic Antibiotics by the
Holidays HA-20-11-10. The Internet pharmacy industry is as socially
insecure as SSA and one SSA worker had the audacity to report she was
“prohibited from using the email or would lose my job”, I pray this beneficiary
union will secure the freedoms of the press and assembly so the right to sue
SSA for a redress of grievances would be a literate trade.
e-Redetermination
of Class $666 HA-18-2-11
Dear Alan Edwards, Oregon Public
Affairs Specialist. Redetermination of SSI Eligibility
20CFR416.204. The
President visited the earmark of Hillsboro, that cost Rangel his tax haven,
knocked out the cusp of my first maxillary molar with the Medicare card that
already cost me one wrongful eviction, and felonious subjected my $69 a month
in SSI benefits to the deprivation of relief under 18USC(13)§246
on the grounds of a fictitious $244.66 in housing and food. The ex post
facto law was deemed onerous and Social Security has not deducted $205, only
terminated the seditious $69 SSI squatter, as agreed. They do threaten me
to mail money to Philadelphia. I received $694 a month, now I receive $625. This class of social security beneficiaries is tired of
being abused under (Revelation 13:18) by Astrue Esq.
the author of the $66 Medicaid premium in 2004 and now three years on +/-$666
without COLA. This class of beneficiaries making between
$600-699 must recover the living wage of $700 and $1,000 a month for me as the
leader of this class action above Art. 23 of Federal Rules of
Civil Procedure. The letter from
the local SSA office infected both my sister and I with a urinary tract
infection. The letter did not cite any
law. The letter should be admitted as evidence
of Sedition under Title II §202(u)(1) of
the Social Security Act (42USC(7)II§402(u)(1)) and §205 of the Social Security Act (42USC(7)II§405).
The Office of Actuary negligently referred my complaint to the Office of
Public Inquiries, the email was misfiled and had to be deleted from the
archive, but not before the local sexual violence escalated to imprisonment for
rape and murder. The law pertaining to
the overpayment and underpayment is flagrantly extortionate as the result of
the espionage of the Department of Defense that must be censored from Title 2 Sec. 204(a)(1)(A)
of the Social Security Act 42USC(7)§404(a)(1)(A). The DI
(deflation/inflation) of Kilahua triggered the
magnitude 9.0 quake. Is the loss of my
hated $69 squatter an isolated evil stepfather or did the Department of Defense
pay a substantial bribe to bomb the Open Skies Treaty? Liquidating class $666 under Title II §205 of the Social Security Act (42USC(7)II§405) with $700 a month would cost an
estimated ($2 billion) payable, initially, from the collective malpractice
insurance of email prohibiting SSA ALJs and lawyers. A raise to $1,000 a month would cost ($32
billion), annually payable with FBI health care fraud returns and the Recovery
Act reserve at DHHS, that might be more efficiently paying more people $700,
but all of it does need to be administered within the $1,000 limit of 24USCUSC154 . With all the sedition the people shun
publicity and there has been a lot of malfunctioning telephones. On the bright
side the $625 came in today and Senator Bernie Sanders wrote. Maybe there is hope sovereign immunity will
prevail against the depredations of the prosecutor, and the good people of the
United States shall inherit a peaceful planet, this administration.
